List conversations, assign a chat, suggest a reply, and send session media or products.

Inbox tools read and update Live Chat for the connected number. Session sends work only inside the 24-hour customer service window. The assistant sends catalog and product messages only after you ask.

Read and assign

Tool	What it does
list_conversations	Lists threads. Pass phoneNumberRef when the account has more than one number.
list_conversation_messages	Lists messages in one conversation id.
assign_conversation	Assigns the thread.
suggest_reply	Returns a suggested reply. It does not send the reply.
mark_conversation_read	Marks the thread read. For one inbound message, use mark_message_read on Messages.

Send inside the window

send_catalog_message	id, body	Sends the connected catalog. Optional footer and thumbnailProductRetailerId.
send_product_message	id, productRetailerId	Sends one product. Optional catalogId, body, and footer.
send_product_list	id, body	Multi-product list. Optional headerText, footer, catalogId, and up to 10 sections.
send_product_carousel	id, body, cards	cards is 1 to 10 items.
